For COAST, a modern lakefront residential development within the larger Lakeshore Commons community, I created the full visual identity—including the logo, brand standards, and supporting applications. The challenge was to design something fresh and distinct for COAST, while staying consistent with the overall Lakeshore Commons masterplan brand.

In addition to defining the visual system, I designed all exterior signage elements: the monument sign, cut-out letter signage on the building façade, custom unit numbers, and a neon interior sign.
