For COAST, a modern lakefront residential development within the larger Lakeshore Commons community, I developed the full visual identity—including logo, brand standards, and applications. The challenge was creating something fresh and distinct while ensuring consistency with the masterplan brand.

Along with defining the visual system, I extended the identity into environmental design—leading the creative for exterior monument signage, façade lettering, custom unit numbers, and a neon interior feature. The result is a brand experience that connects across digital, print, social, and the built environment.
